Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) is a hot, bitter, astringent vasodilator, immune stimulant, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antimicrobial and antiseptic. Yarrow is known in herbalism as a great wound healer, and may help stop bleeding, hence it's name "Achillea" after the Greek God, Achilles.
