Whether your sinuses are dried out from indoor heating, or you have an accumulation of fluids in the sinuses or head, you may benefit from Ayurveda's classic Nasya Oil. Ingredients: Organic Eucalyptus, Lavender, Gotu Kola, and Rosemary infused in Sesame Oil and Olive Oil for several weeks; strained and rebottled with the essential oils of Lavender and Rosemary.

To use Nasya Oil, tilt your head back by hanging your head off the edge of your bed. If that’s not possible, sit in a chair and tilt your head back. Place several drops into each nostril. Lightly, block off the nostrils, and gently sniff the oil up your nose. If you taste the oil at the back of your throat, then you sniffed too hard. Allow the oil to soak in for a few minutes before lifting your head.
Do not use if pregnant, a child, have a sinus infection, or cold or flu.
