Welcome!
Are you living with an autoimmune disease? Approximately 23.5 million Americans have an autoimmune disease, and most of these people are women. There are over 80 different autoimmune diseases; and some of the more common ones are Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Type 1 Diabetes, Lupus, Crohn’s disease, Psoriasis, Celiac disease, Myasthenia gravis, Addison's disease, and Hashimoto’s disease.
Autoimmune diseases are long-term conditions that typically last a lifetime. While there's no cure, it is possible to manage, and even reduce, your symptoms; experience remission (meaning that there are long periods of time between flare-ups); and live a good quality life. The goal of any treatment is to help people live full and active lives despite having an autoimmune condition. If you are living with an autoimmune disease and you’re ready to be an active participant in your own healing process, then we can work together. I can help you reduce your symptoms, avoid or limit relapses, and feel great again.
Ayurvedic Wellness & Herbal Consultation
I provide wellness consultations rooted in Ayurveda, an ancient holistic healing system from India. My sessions also incorporate holistic nutrition and herbalism, allowing us to create a personalized treatment plan that helps you feel your best. If you're interested, please visit here.
Yoga Classes
Consider joining a yoga class! Chronic emotional and mental stress is a root cause of autoimmune diseases. So it's important to destress and calm down. Research has documented the benefits of yoga on our psychological and emotional health (meaning stress); and since my yoga classes are slow and gentle, they're ideal for helping you destress. Even if you don't have an autoimmune disease, my yoga classes may be beneficial to you.
I offer online group classes, as well as a yoga in nature during the summer months. These classes are donation-based, with payments accepted via Venmo: www.venmo.com/u/Jeannine-Love or PayPal: paypal.me/jlovehealth. While local classes typically range from $10-$15 for an hour, you can pay what you can; I understand many are on fixed incomes. Private yoga classes are also available.
Herbal Products
Explore my shop for handmade, all-natural herbal products, including extracts, organic tea blends, and skin care items. Toxins from food, skin care products, and the environment are a root cause of autoimmune diseases, as well as other chronic conditions, so be sure to use natural herbal products to care for yourself.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

". . . Jeannine makes you feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the session. She is aware of clients varying abilities of movement and offers alternative ways to support yourself or alter the pose so you feel comfortable while doing the pose. She explains the pose, the muscles it targets and the benefits of the pose. I felt so calm and relaxed after the session, a sense of peace and well being. The next day I felt like I had had a nice workout the day before. . ." M. Quine

"I get achy running because I am getting old. Your tea (Muscle & Joint Tea) eases me out of my muscle aches. I get roughed up when I make mistakes with my pony. I sometimes get flying lessons. Your tea helps with that too. I also have a more mild mannered horse. Although when I went to get on him last week he swung out away from me. My options were fall on the ground in a lump, or swing and twist to get on. Well, I chose swing and twist. Then my back was torqued for a few days before I realized I should have some tea. Fixed!" Chrissy F.

After fairly extensive neck and chest surgery, my doctors had very little advice on how to treat my scars. I tried a highly recommended commercially available product, but hated it as it smelled strongly of onions and seemed to irritate my skin. I tried silicone scar strips which were quite uncomfortable and hard to maintain. I'm so happy I found Jeannine's Scar Tissue Salve. It goes on smoothly and allows me to massage the area as recommended. It smells so nice and I am happy knowing it's all natural. I'm seeing some excellent results with my scar fading already. I placed a second order and I'm looking forward to continued healing over the next few months. Thank you so much for your wonderful product! Colleen M.
